INVENTORY INPUT
INVENTORY INPUTTING IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY PACKAGE
We know its hard finding time to input your inventory and time isn't easy to come by these days. Let us help! We offer inventory input services depending on if your selling hair extensions, of which require strenuous technique to input or if you have regular inventory such as bags, clothes, shoes, electronics etc.

Hair Extensions Inventory Input : $40 per 5 items or $10 per item.

All Other Product Inventor Input : $25 per 5 items or $7 per item
To request this service, send a email with the number of items you need inputted and specify if they are hair related, or other and we will invoice you the cost. Once paid you will have to email all products in ONE email with images and details to be inputed.
COMMUNCATION DURING CREATION PERIOD
DONT PANIC! When you complete your order form and it redirects you back to the site, that is your confirmation that we have indeed received your order! A ZmarsDesigns representative will NOT contact you following the submission of your order or during the design creation process unless they have questions or concerns regarding your order. You are more then welcome to reach out via email but please do not await a response once you have ordered until the designs are complete.
PROVIDING ALL MATERIALS FOR YOUR PROJECT
You are allowed a THREE WEEK WINDOW to submit all information needed for your order that you may have left off your intial order form. This information can be send via EMAIL to zmarsdesigns@gmail.com. In the subject line be sure to put your business name followed by the name used on your order form. AFTER THREE WEEKS THE CONTRACT IS VOID AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE. TURNAROUND TIME WILL BE EXTENDED DEPENING ON THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TAKES TO ACQUIRE ALL INFORMATION NEEDED TO COMPLETE PROJECT!
DOMAIN NAMES AND HOSTING PACKAGES
Domain names and hosting packages ARE NOT included in the price you pay for the intial website design and will have to be purchased separately. These items are purchased following the completion of site contruction and prior to launching the website. If you have your own domain that is perfectly fine and we can transfer it to the new website. If you need to purchase one we can also set that up as well. Hosting however, has to be purchased through the web server that the website is built on. If you already have hositng purchased elsewhere you will need to contact that hosting company and cancel all hosting services with them. They will give you a refund for remaining time left on the package you purchased through them.
REFUND PROCEDURE
There are no refunds allowed on deposits paid and no refunds allowed on work that has already been started on and/or issued out. Remaining balances on deposits are due BEFORE getting log in credentials for the website and/or before any websites are transfered to a different account.
ADDING ON MORE INFORMATION AFTER YOUR PROJECT IS READY TO LAUNCH
In the event that your package is completed or near completion and ready to launch and you need to add additional items and/or information to it that WAS NOT placed on the initial order form or sent prior to the project start time you will be subject to pay an additional add on fee and/or remaining balance due prior to any further changed being made to your project.
